Lula says Flávio Dino needs to exercise, leaving the minister embarrassed.

247 - President Lula mocked Minister Flávio Dino while he was speaking about the risks of obesity during the relaunch of Pronasci (National Program for Security with Citizenship). 

"Obesity causes as much harm as hunger. That's why Flávio Dino needs to be riding a bicycle because he knows he'll need the state to take great care of this problem. So, I wanted to tell you, Flávio Dino, that if it depends on the will of the President of the Republic, there will be no shortage of resources to fully implement Pronasci," said President Lula in his speech. 

The minister laughed awkwardly after the president's statement. 

The Pronasci program will deliver 270 vehicles to assist in combating violence against women and will implement 40 Brazilian Women's Houses for victims of domestic violence.
