Lula warns: I'm going to create "I'll Return Day".

Former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva wrote a letter to the president of the ABC Metalworkers Union, Wagner Santana, in which he reaffirms his candidacy for president in the October elections; "Emperor Dom Pedro I created the 'Day of Fico' (I Stay). And I will create the 'Day of Volto' (I Return) to work together with the Brazilian people to make Brazil happy again," Lula told the union leader.
