The list of those selected in the first round of ProUni applications is online.

Selected candidates have until July 6th to register.

Agência Brasil - The Ministry of Education (MEC) has released the results of the first round of applications for the University for All Program (ProUni), which grants scholarships for courses at private colleges, for consultation online. The information is available at http://siteprouni.mec.gov.br/. To access the page, candidates need their CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) and their registration number for the National High School Exam (Enem).

According to the Ministry of Education, candidates selected at this time have until July 6th to enroll in the private higher education institutions indicated in their application.

According to a statement from the ministry, "the second call is scheduled for July 12, with a deadline for submitting documents and enrolling until July 19. The third and final call will be published on July 25, with a deadline of July 29 for enrollment."

After the three rounds of calls, between August 6th and 8th, candidates who were not selected may express interest in joining the waiting list.

The ProUni program offers scholarships to low-income students at private colleges. This year, ProUni registered a record number of applications with 460.745 candidates competing for 92.107 scholarships for the second semester of the year.
