247 - Lawyer Lenio Luiz Streck commented this Friday (31) on the reaction of former judge suspected and biased Sérgio Moro, who in a video on social media said he was "outraged" by the events of 2021, the year in which he was declared biased against former President Lula by the Supreme Federal Court.
On Twitter, Streck listed some of the illegalities committed by Sérgio Moro in the operation. Lava Jato, which destroyed more than 4,4 million jobs, according to a study by Dieese., helped in the 2016 coup and promoted the illegal conviction and imprisonment of Lula.
"I saw that Moro sent an indignant message. He says he doesn't understand why 'his' cases were annulled. So I'll say to our pseudodikastés (false judge): perhaps because he was incompetent, suspicious, biased, colluded with the Public Prosecutor's Office and wiretapped lawyers' phones. That's all. Happy 2022!", he stated.
