Judges express solidarity with Lula during visit this Thursday.

A group of 12 federal, state, labor and appeals court judges will travel to Curitiba this Thursday (21) to show support and solidarity with former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, a political prisoner for almost a year, highlighting that the sentence of the now former judge Sérgio Moro is far from being unanimous in the legal community; Edevaldo de Medeiros, head of the 1st Court of Itapeva, will represent the group.

247 - A group consisting of 12 federal, state, labor and appeals court judges travels to Curitiba this Thursday (21) to show support and solidarity with former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, a political prisoner for almost a year, highlighting that the sentence of the now former judge Sérgio Moro is far from being a unanimous opinion in the legal community. Edevaldo de Medeiros, head of the 1st Court of Itapeva, will represent the group.

During the day, the group of legal experts will participate in a series of activities, including debates and presentations at the Lula Livre Vigil, located in front of the Federal Police Headquarters.

After visiting former President Lula, Medeiros will speak to the press as he leaves the Federal Police headquarters.
