A brutal action by two soldiers from the Amazonas Military Police was filmed by a magistrate from her apartment balcony on Sunday and went viral on social media.
247 - A motorcycle delivery driver was assaulted by Military Police officers during a police approach last Sunday (25), in front of a residential building in Manaus.
In a video circulating on social media, two police officers can be seen approaching a food delivery driver. One of them begins the interaction by searching the man's thermal work bag. At one point, the officer shouts profanities, hits the delivery driver's arm, and demands that he hand over his driver's license. The young man gives his driver's license to the officer, who tears up the document. The other officer observes the action without interfering.
The videos show a woman who presented herself as a judge observing the approach and questioning the way the police officers conducted the action. They try to argue, but the judge says that she "will not accept what happened" and adds, "beating and tearing, in front of everyone? Unacceptable."
