Members of Bolsonaro's "Hate Cabinet" spew prejudice against a security expert.
The first to mock the expert was Tercio Arnaud Tomaz, special advisor to Jair Bolsonaro.
Capital letter - An advisor and several secretaries in Jair Bolsonaro's government mocked Carolina Soares, a public security expert, on social media for her appearance on a TV Globo news program. One of them mentioned a "beauty salon," referring to the hair of Soares, a Black woman.
The first to mock the expert was Tercio Arnaud Tomaz, special advisor to President Jair Bolsonaro.
Next, it was Felipe Carmona's turn, the national secretary of Copyright and Intellectual Property at the Special Secretariat of Culture, headed by former actor Mario Frias.
"As much an expert in Public Security as he is in Beauty Salons," Carmona wrote.
The same was done by Felipe Pedri, the National Secretary for Audiovisual.
Carolina Soares is a master's student in Sociology at USP (University of São Paulo) and researches criminal policies related to the Maria da Penha Law.
