247 - A Brazilian Federal Police indicted Congresswoman Carla Zambelli, a supporter of President Bolsonaro. (PL-SP) and the hacker Walter Delgatti Neto for the crimes of computer intrusion and ideological falsehood, within the scope of case of hacking into the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system.
The purpose of the hack was to insert false documents, such as a forged arrest warrant against Moraes, even imitating the minister's signature, as well as an order to break bank secrecy and two receipts for the freezing of Moraes' assets. Federal Police agents believe that, in addition to Zambelli instigating Delgatti to hack into the CNJ system, the Bolsonaro supporter also released the false documents inserted into the system to journalists in order to tarnish the credibility of judicial authorities.
In August 2022, Zambelli posted a photo on X, formerly Twitter, of a "chance encounter" with Delgatti and promised that many would be "shocked."
