"I have felt the absence of the Ministry of Justice in this debate. We have complex legal controversies between the federal government, states, and municipalities, conflicts that exist and are serious, and I haven't seen the Ministry of Justice participating in this debate," said the minister, emphasizing that he has only heard comments about the release of prisoners.
