Generals believe that Moro's departure from the government has turned Bolsonaro into a kind of "zombie".

According to high-ranking Army officials, the impact of Moro's accusations – that Bolsonaro attempted to interfere in the command of the Federal Police to gain access to classified reports on ongoing investigations – is “unpredictable.” 

"What is working primarily against Bolsonaro at this moment is the credibility of Sérgio Moro. Therefore, even if the government or the Presidential Palace tries to demand that the former Lava Jato judge prove what he said, Moro's credibility and his behavior carry much more weight and speak for themselves," the report highlights.
