247 - On November 14, 2021, during Jair Bolsonaro's (PL) trip to Dubai, a member of the "hate cabinet" visited the Israeli stand at the Dubai AirShow, a space fair featuring the world's largest aviation companies.

While Bolsonaro was participating in the inauguration of the "Brazil pavilion" at the fair, the member of the hate cabinet was talking to a representative of the company DarkMatter. The intelligence and counterintelligence specialist, whose name was not disclosed, unofficially reports to Rio de Janeiro city councilman Carlos Bolsonaro (Republicanos).
DarkMatter is composed mostly of Israeli programmers who are former members of Unit 8200, an elite hacker force linked to the Israeli army. The company is developing a system capable of hacking into the computers and cell phones of targets, even when the devices are turned off. This tool was reportedly intended for use this election year to monitor and attack political opponents.
The hate cabinet also reportedly discussed with another company, Polus Tech, based in Switzerland, the acquisition of spyware.
However, negotiations have not yet been finalized with either the Israeli company or Polus Tech.
