Pátria Fund wins auction for Paranapanema lot with an 11,6% discount.
The 30-year concession agreement foresees R$ 5,8 billion in investments and modernization of 285 km of highways in the interior of São Paulo state.
247 - The Infra Br V fund, managed by Pátria Investimentos, won the auction for the Paranapanema Road Lot this Friday (5), held at B3, in São Paulo. The information was released by Valor EconômicoThe winning bid offered a discount of 11,6% on the maximum public consideration, set at R$ 310 million.
According to the newspaper, the contract will be valid for 30 years and requires investments estimated at R$ 5,8 billion for expansion, modernization, and conservation works on approximately 285 kilometers of strategic highways in the interior of São Paulo state. The package includes sections of the Raposo Tavares Highway (SP-270), between Ourinhos and Itapetininga, as well as branch roads such as the SP-189, SP-278, and the SPA-204/270.

The auction also included bids from the Viaja+SP consortium — formed by Galápagos, M4 Investimentos, Engenharia Materiais and Traçado Construções — which offered a discount of 10,6% during the live bidding process, and from CS Infra, which limited its offer to 3,2%. The selection criterion was the highest discount in relation to the maximum value stipulated by the government.
Planned works and infrastructure
The project includes the duplication of 147 kilometers of the road network, the construction of 29 pedestrian overpasses, the installation of 84 bus stops, as well as 56 kilometers of shoulders and 13 kilometers of service roads. There will also be investments in technology: monitoring cameras, variable message signs, weighbridges, LED lighting, and a wireless communication network for emergencies, which will include tow trucks, ambulances, and mechanical support.
