Folha: Bolsonaro has created yet another crisis with his digital depravity.

247 - The Folha de S. Paulo newspaper highlights Jair Bolsonaro's unique ability to create crises. With the posting of the obscene video on Twitter in which the president exposes a man inserting his finger into his own anus – an image that violates the platform's content rules – the government's already difficult political situation has become dramatic. The PSL party, cornered by the "orange" scandals, a president's son involved with Rio de Janeiro militias, and a cabinet prodigious in its ignorance of its own functions, were already enough to spontaneously generate crises. However, Bolsonaro took on this role himself.

In covering Bolsonaro's surprising Twitter post, the newspaper demonstrated its usual technical incredulity, letting its pessimism show through regarding the now predictable collapse of the pension reform – which is in the interest of the business voices that dominate the publication. Given such incompetence and suicidal political behavior, there is no reason to expect a government to approve legislation in the Chamber of Deputies, let alone reforms. 

Strictly speaking, the press that defends a liberal agenda and that placed its hopes in Bolsonaro for drastic changes in reducing the size of the state – which, despite the government's political ineptitude, have been forced down its throat by the Federal Chamber – is getting its daily shock at the grotesqueness of the President of the Republic's behavior. 

The Folha de S. Paulo newspaper essentially 'lamented' Bolsonaro's tweet, not for its obscenity, but for its political implications.
