247 - Brazilian Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) Minister Cármen Lúcia ordered the removal of a video from social media that showed the Workers' Party (PT), through the government of Ceará, distributing school materials with erotic content to daycare centers and schools, the newspaper reported. The Globe.

According to the minister, the content, prepared in 2019, "has no basis in reality."

At the time, Camilo Santana, from the PT party, governed the state, which is currently led by Izolda Cela (PDT), the vice-governor. Camilo was elected senator and, in 2023, the PT will return to govern the state after the first-round victory of candidate Elmano de Freitas.

Cármen Lúcia says that the shared content generates misinformation. “Therefore, the argument of the representative coalition that the highlighted link conveys false content and aimed to damage the image of the Workers' Party and candidate Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva by attempting to associate them with the distribution of a booklet containing erotic content, encouraging pedophilia and the practice of child masturbation, deserves to be accepted.”

Therefore, Twitter and TikTok have 24 hours to remove the content and provide data on the profiles that shared the video and were mentioned in the lawsuit.
