Those registered in the Unified Selection System for Professional and Technological Education (Sisutec) can check the results of the first call on the program's website starting today (29). The results of this phase were released by the Ministry of Education. Enrollment for selected candidates begins tomorrow (30) and can be done until August 1st at the institutions that offer the courses.
The second round of applications will be announced on August 5th, and registration is scheduled for the 6th, 7th, and 8th. Remaining spots will be made available online to all those who have completed high school, regardless of whether they took the National High School Exam (ENEM).
For this edition of Sisutec, 289.341 places were offered in free technical courses at public and private institutions and at institutions within the Sistema S network.
To be eligible, candidates must have completed high school and taken the National High School Exam (Enem) last year, without scoring zero on the essay. According to Sisutec rules, 85% of the places are reserved for candidates who attended high school in public schools, or private schools as full scholarship recipients.
Sisutec was created last year as part of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (Pronatec). The selection process takes place twice a year.
