247 - A video from 2017 in which Jair Bolsonaro criticizes privileged jurisdiction alongside his son, Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, resurfaced on Thursday (25).

The video is once again making headlines because this Thursday Flávio benefited from parliamentary immunity, with the 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro deciding to accept his defense's habeas corpus request in the case concerning the "money laundering" scheme at the Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro (Alerj).

In a 2017 recording, Jair Bolsonaro says that most federal deputies need to be re-elected to benefit from parliamentary immunity. "I don't want this garbage of parliamentary immunity," Bolsonaro exclaims.
