247 - Federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro published a video on his social network X in which he reinforces his conspiratorial conduct, his betrayal of the country, and his explicit alignment with foreign interests that confront national sovereignty.

While still a member of parliament and receiving a salary from the Chamber of Deputies, Eduardo Bolsonaro states that the United States would be "willing to go to the ultimate lengths to destroy all obstacles to restoring harmony between the branches of government," in a veiled reference to the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and the actions of Justice Alexandre de Moraes.

He refers to the publication by the US embassy, replicating a text by Landau — currently the number 2 in the State Department of the Trump administration — which accuses Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), of “usurping dictatorial power” by allegedly threatening leaders of other branches of government and their families with imprisonment and other penalties. The statement claims that Moraes destroyed the historical relationship between Brazil and the United States by attempting to apply Brazilian law extraterritorially to silence individuals and companies on American soil.

In the message, the embassy argues that the separation of powers is the "greatest guarantee of freedom ever conceived by humanity," but that it would be ineffective if one branch of government intimidates the others. The text maintains that, unlike leaders of the Executive or Legislative branches, with whom it would be possible to negotiate, there is no way to dialogue with a judge, and that the Brazilian situation is unprecedented in the world.

Eduardo Bolsonaro criticizes alleged "threats" from heads of government and accuses the Judiciary of "hijacking powers," citing the Federal Police's visit to the residence of Congressman Hugo Motta's father as an example of this alleged usurpation.

"You will be affected for the good of Brazil and for the restoration of freedom," he says. "This is not about revenge, it's about justice and restoring good relations between Brazil and the United States," he added.
