247 - Comedian Gregorio Duvivier used his social media to attack the lawyer. Christian Zanin, a possible nominee of President Lula (PT) for the Supreme Federal Court (STF) vacancy left by Minister Ricardo Lewandowski, defending the nomination of "a black judge" for the position.

Gregorio said it was "unbelievable that Lula is thinking of putting another white man on the Supreme Court." And he added: "To make matters worse, a rich, sycophantic lobbyist."

He also called some supporters of President Lula who cite former Supreme Court Justice Joaquim Barbosa in their remarks "racists." He further cited Zanin's defense of the retailer Americanas in court and suggested that the lawyer would not be "impartial" if he were to judge the case in the Supreme Court.

Gregorio, however, disregards the fact that one of the biggest challenges for the Supreme Federal Court (STF) in the coming years will be combating lawfare, a method used by Lava Jato to imprison ideological enemies and decimate the country's economy. Zanin played a central role in reversing the injustices committed by Lava Jato by defending President Lula, and, for his actions against the unjust imprisonment of the Workers' Party leader, he has already been praised by a number of jurists and even by the minister.
