247 - Documents seized by the Federal Police in a baby's room during Operation Skala, which is investigating a corruption scheme involving companies in the port sector and directly implicating Michel Temer, point to a new connection with Colonel João Batista Lima Filho, owner of the company Argeplan and suspected of acting as the president's operator.

According to journalist Andréia Sadi's blog, a bag containing various documents from the company Rodrimar was found at the home of Carlos Alberto Costa, Lima's partner. Documents relating to the Companhia Docas do Estado de São Paulo (Codesp) and the Libra group were also found. In the baby's room, an archive containing data from Codesp and Libra was discovered.

According to the Federal Police, a 12-gauge shotgun and three 9mm pistols manufactured in the United States, the Czech Republic, and Germany were seized. A .32 caliber revolver was also seized by the agents. In addition, another .32 caliber Taurus revolver and ammunition were also found. Carlos Alberto Costa was arrested in the act for illegal possession of weapons.

Operation Skala, launched in March, resulted in Lima's arrest as a result of investigations into the so-called ports inquiry, which is investigating whether Temer benefited companies in the port sector – especially Rodrimar, which operates in the Port of Santos – through a decree signed in 2017 in exchange for bribes.
