247 - One of the main programs for access to higher education, the FIES (Student Financing Fund) of the Federal Government, has accumulated the highest record of arrears in 20 years. This year, the debt has already reached R$ 13 billion, a record amount in the program's history, according to information from the newspaper O Globo.
