247 - Minister Flávio Dino, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), determined, this Monday (3), the blocking of the transfer of parliamentary amendments to two Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): the Moria Association and Programando o Futuro, which did not respond within the deadline established by the Court and did not prove the application of the resources.

The decision, which is already in effect, also blocks new transfers to NGOs. Since the end of last year, the magistrate has been demanding more transparency in parliamentary amendments.

In the same order, Dino determined that the Ministry of Management and Innovation, as well as the Ministry of Health, must provide clarifications regarding compliance with the Court's decisions in order to ensure transparency in the fund transfers.

The Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) was also contacted. The minister gave the agency 15 days to present a report with updated data on the Transferegov.br platform.
