Former President Dilma Rousseff questioned the opinion of the Sub-Chief of Legal Affairs of the Civil House, which restricts her right to use the FAB (Brazilian Air Force) plane that has been transporting her for the past month, since she left the Planalto Palace; "I cannot, like any other person, take a (commercial) plane. 247 - Suspended President Dilma Rousseff questioned, this Saturday (4), via Facebook, the opinion of the Sub-Chief of Legal Affairs of the Civil House, which restricts her right to use the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) plane that has been transporting her in the last month, since she left the Planalto Palace. According to the document, the PT member can only use official aircraft for flights between Brasília and Porto Alegre, where her family lives.

"It's a scandal that I can't travel to Rio, to Pará, to Ceará... This is serious," she complained. Dilma claimed she couldn't use a commercial flight because of her security. "I can't, like anyone else, take a (commercial) plane. There has to be a whole scheme guaranteeing my security, according to the Constitution. It's the Constitution that mandates it."

The ousted president demanded a solution. "We are facing a situation that will have to be resolved. I'm going to travel!", she said.
