Brazilian congressman incriminates himself by encouraging massacre in prison.
Federal Deputy Major Olimpio (SDD-SP), who celebrated the massacres in the Manaus and Boa Vista prisons on social media, ended up being betrayed by his own words and may have committed the crime of incitement to crime, which he himself detailed in videos where he accused the president of the CUT (Central Única dos Trabalhadores - Unified Workers' Central) of committing the same offense; in his social media post, Olimpio posted the number of deaths in each of the massacres as if it were the score of a game and even wrote: "Come on, Bangu. You can do better!"
