After approving funding for Lava Jato, Gabriela Hardt begins giving lectures.

GGN - Judge Gabriela Hardt is one of the most talked about subjects on Twitter this Saturday (9). Among the news is the DCM report about the magistrate's possible entry into the lecture market. Hardt was invited to participate in the "National Forum on Economic and Financial Crimes", in Curitiba, later this month, says the portal.

"In the panel titled 'From the Banestado Case to Operation Lava Jato,' Gabriela will be alongside Fábio Salvador (head of forensics for the Federal Police in the capital of Paraná) and delegate Erika Mialik Marena, famous for the Cancellier case—the rector of UFSC who committed suicide after denouncing the embarrassment and humiliation he suffered following a Federal Police operation," DCM highlighted. Former judge Sergio Moro was considered for the event, but withdrew after assuming the Ministry of Justice under Jair Bolsonaro.

On Friday night (8), GGN showed that Hardt approved the agreement between Petrobras and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office in Paraná, giving up one of the attributions of the 13th Federal Court foreseen in the contract: selecting the 5 inspectors who will monitor the creation of the private foundation that will manage R$ 2,5 billion. Declaring herself incompetent, the judge handed over the power to define the inspectors to the MPF team in Curitiba.
