Among the members are former ministers José Gregori (FHC), Luiz Carlos Bresser Pereira (Sarney and FHC), Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro (FHC), José Carlos Dias (FHC), Claudia Costin (FHC), and Paulo Vannuchi (Lula). The honorary president will be the former president of the Justice and Peace Commission of São Paulo, Margarida Genevois, and the president will be Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro.
