With an approval rating of only 4% among Brazilians, the worst since 1986, Michel Temer said that "History will tell what happened" during his administration; "History will record, history will tell what happened in these two and a half years of government. So I say, words naturally fly away, but what is written remains," he stated.

247 - With an approval rating of only 4% among Brazilians, the worst since 1986, Michel Temer said, during a ceremony at the Planalto Palace, that "History will tell what happened" throughout his government. "History will record, history will tell what happened in these two and a half years of government. So I say, words naturally fly away, but what is written remains," Temer stated.

The statement by the PMDB member came shortly after the release of a survey conducted by Ibope, commissioned by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), which indicated that 79% of the population considers the Temer government bad or terrible, and only 4% approve of his administration.

The survey interviewed 2 people in 128 Brazilian municipalities between the 21st and 24th of this month. The margin of error is 2 percentage points, plus or minus, and the confidence level is 95%. The research was registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under number BR-02265/2018.
