247 - The "More Democracy and Participation" Collective, a non-partisan movement formed by citizens, launched a petition against the threat of military intervention in Venezuela.

The document already has over 380 signatures, including personalities such as Fernando Haddad, Celso Amorim, Sílvio Caccia Bava, and Florestan Fernandes Jr.

"We cannot allow this civilizational regression, much less that our most vulnerable population risks losing their children, who would be the first to be called up for an insane war," the document emphasizes.

The document condemns the economic blockade imposed by the US against Venezuela and criticizes the support of Jair Bolsonaro's government for the coup in the country.
