The Chamber of Deputies will decide today whether to overturn the plebiscite.
"We have to tell Brazil what will be done and make it very clear that, whichever path is chosen, there must be a popular consultation. Either by referendum or plebiscite. And also address the question: whether it can be for 2014 or 2016," said the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Henrique Eduardo Alves (PMDB).
