Boulos on General Heleno: once a coup plotter, always a coup plotter.

247 - The national coordinator of the Homeless Workers' Movement (MTST), Guilherme Boulos, criticized General Augusto Heleno after the Minister-Chief of the Institutional Security Cabinet threatened the Supreme Federal Court, which had requested the seizure of the cell phones of Jair Bolsonaro and councilman Carlos Bolsonaro.

"Once a coup plotter, always a coup plotter. General Heleno was an aide to Sylvio Frota, who attempted a coup against Geisel in 1977. He has always represented the most anti-democratic wing of the Armed Forces," the MTST leader stated on Twitter.

Supreme Court Justice Celso de Mello has ordered the seizure of cell phones as part of investigations into Bolsonaro's alleged attempts to interfere with the Federal Police. The senior justice had authorized the opening of an inquiry to investigate allegations made by Sérgio Moro, after the then Minister of Justice stated on April 24, when announcing his resignation, that Bolsonaro wanted to interfere with the Federal Police.
