Bolsonaro is trying to build a dialogue with Fux, who will assume command of the Supreme Court.

247 - In a desperate attempt to contain the crisis created after publicly criticizing Minister Luiz Fux of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Jair Bolsonaro is seeking to build a channel of dialogue with the future president of the Court, who will replace Dias Toffoli, who will leave the presidency of the STF in three months.

According to a report in Folha de S.Paulo, in recent days Bolsonaro has toned down his attacks on the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and, through emissaries, has sent a message signaling that he is willing to extend an olive branch.

To try to reach an agreement with Fux, the Ministers of Defense, Fernando Azevedo, of Justice, André Mendonça, and the President of the Senate, Davi Alcolumbre (DEM-AP).

The message to the Supreme Court Justice is that the Presidential Palace will lower the temperature and continue its efforts to build rapprochement.

"I think Minister Fux will maintain the same type of dialogue with the government that President Toffoli has today," he said. Sheet Vice President Hamilton Mourão. "I think Fux and Bolsonaro have a good relationship."

On another front, while making veiled threats of a coup in a speech to supporters in front of the Palace, Bolsonaro sent government ministers to meet with Alexandre de Moraes. The minister is in charge of the fake news inquiry, which has Bolsonaro's allies as targets.
