Bolsonaro says he sees "no problem" in buying 51 properties with cash

Earlier, during an event with business leaders in Brasília, Bolsonaro had already questioned the nature of the accusation. "I heard that some media outlets are saying that my whole family, looking at their asset variations since 1990... Why me?", he asked, without explaining the fact that almost half of the real estate assets linked to him and his family were acquired through cash transactions.
According to experts, cash payments in such transactions can be a way to hide the origin of the funds used in the transaction, in addition to being used to launder money obtained through illegal schemes.
Also on Tuesday, the national president of the PT, federal deputy Gleisi Hoffmann, He used social media to question the legitimacy of the real estate transactions involving the purchase of 51 properties by the Bolsonaro family using cash.
