247 - The Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine of Tocantins will investigate a professional who branded the number '22' on a calf's face with a hot iron.
Fernanda Paula Kajozi, whose video went viral, stated that she is a supporter of Jair Bolsonaro (PL), but that the number refers to 2022, and not to the number used by the head of the federal government and candidate for re-election at the polls.
"According to the Ministry of Agriculture, facial marking is permitted for vaccination and herd control. However, none of these markings show the standard method used by the veterinarian, with the number 22," explains [the source]. g1.
"I didn't mark 22 on the calf's face because of Bolsonaro, no. It's because you mark the year on the calf's face, the month on its shoulder, and on its rump, you mark the farm's brand, in my father's case, F1. I just filmed doing a procedure that has been done since month one and will continue until month 12. Next year it will be 23, and so on. So it has nothing to do with Bolsonaro. But I am a Bolsonaro supporter," the woman said.
