In Brazil, both Lula and PT leaders such as Gleisi Hoffmann, José Genoíno, and Fernando Haddad have already expressed their support for repealing the Labor Reform implemented during Michel Temer's presidency. Temer's Labor Reform removed a series of rights from employees under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and made employment more precarious in the country, favoring informal hiring.

According to Paulinho, Alckmin did not mention the recent demonstrations by PT leaders.

At the meeting, Paulinho da Força officially invited Alckmin to join the Solidarity party. The former PSDB member has not yet joined a party. He also has invitations from the PSB and... PV, and rejected PSD's offer.
"Here [in Solidariedade], Alckmin would not be used as a bargaining chip," said the congressman, referring to the demands imposed by the PSB, which is demanding support from the PT for its candidates in several states.
