Paulo, the groups highlight that Moro offended the prerogatives of the legal profession during his time as judge in the Lava Jato cases in Curitiba. Among the episodes highlighted is the interception of telephone conversations on the extensions of the defense lawyers of former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
Due to a decision by the Ethics Committee of the Presidency, Moro is prohibited from practicing law for a period of six months.
