Obviously, this type of information requires verification, but in this specific case, there seems to be no fabrication – most of the facts listed were reported by the professional press, and some can be verified on the Transparency Portal. Some are projects, not completed works – clearly, this is propaganda material.
The text itself, disseminated via messaging app, informs the sources of the information, constituting a practice entirely different from that used by hateful Bolsonaro supporters, who continue to forge conspiracy theories only understandable by the politically illiterate.
Here's what the Lula government did in 60 days, according to the disseminated message. Anyone who wants to check each item will not do so without reason. Those with a good memory who follow the professional press daily will have no difficulty recognizing among the items those that refer to projects to be implemented and those that are already in effect.
1- Diesel and gas with zero federal taxes for 1 year
2- New Bolsa Família program, with 600 reais + 150 for children up to 6 years old + 50 for each family member.
3- Education with 25 billion more than in 2022 (total of 184 billion)
4- Health with 23 billion more than in 2022 (total of 183 billion)
5- Infrastructure with 11 billion more than in 2022 (total of 25 billion)
6- Agriculture with 1 billion more than in 2022 (total of 18 billion)
7- A 15% increase in teachers' salaries, from 3845 to 4420 reais.
8- Aid to the Yanomami Indians, with 5 people receiving care, 100 health professionals, 5,5 basic food baskets, and the installation of an Air Force hospital. Almost 80% of the children regained weight.
9- Sending 600 million to states and municipalities to reduce the surgical waiting list.
10- Up to 200% increase in scholarships for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs.
11- Return of the Minha Casa Minha Vida program, with a budget of 9,5 billion, 8 times greater than in 2022, and a goal of delivering/contracting 2 million homes by 2026.
12- A 9% increase in the minimum wage, 3% above inflation, going from 1.212 in December 2022 to 1.320 in May, the largest real gain since 2012.
13- A 39% increase in income tax exemptions, from 1.903 to 2.640, the first since 2015; nearly 14 million people will no longer pay income tax.
14- National program for the distribution of sanitary pads in public schools, for low-income girls.
15- Fine for companies that pay unequal salaries to men and women for the same job.

January 18th saw the second-highest job creation in the construction sector in the last 11 years, already reflecting the impact of increased federal funding for infrastructure.

20- Support for the cities affected by the tragedy on the North Coast of São Paulo, with the allocation of 120 million and even a Navy supership equipped with a field hospital and almost 300 beds.

22- Support for the PT's legislative project, approved in the Chamber of Deputies, to pay a pension of one minimum wage to the children of women who are victims of femicide.
23- Nearly 2 billion in 100 days on highway maintenance
24- A budget of 500 million for the construction of 100 cisterns in 2023 alone, 22 times greater than in 2022, to reduce drought in the Northeast and North of Minas Gerais. Investment was cut by 96% in the previous government.
25-430 million to combat drought in Rio Grande do Sul, with aid of 4,8 for poor families.
26- Reactivation of the Amazon Fund against deforestation, with 5 billion available.
27- A 39% increase in federal funding for school meals, from 3,9 billion in 22 to 5,5 billion.
28- The basic food basket fell 1,4% in February, compared to an increase of 1,7% in February of last year. Considering January + February, the increase was only 0,9%; in the same period of 2022, it was 5%.
29- In January alone, Lula met with representatives from 15 countries, 50% of Bolsonaro's total meetings in 4 years.
30- National Vaccination Campaign, without denialism, recognizing the importance of all vaccines in disease prevention. More than 1 million vaccinated with the bivalent vaccine in just 5 days.
