The Supreme Court is weak, it doesn't annul the coup and it doesn't subordinate Moro and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office to legality.

If the Third World coup was supported by the Judiciary, then it is permissible to rob Brazil and its people.

"If the Third World coup was supported by the Judiciary, then it is permissible to rob Brazil and its people."

The Odebrecht plea bargain is the last straw that floods the soul of the Nation, although almost all Brazilians who have some discernment and common sense to establish or formulate their value judgments understand, without a shadow of a doubt, that Brazil was once again the victim of a coup d'état in 2016. This coup, instead of being carried out by a military coup in the style of "gorilla-like" tactics, was conceived and implemented by coup plotters via Congress, the Judiciary, and the mainstream press, who, associated with a right-wing consortium, decided to overthrow a constitutional and legitimate president, legally re-elected, I never tire of emphasizing and reminding, with 54,5 million votes.

The coup is unacceptable. Let me explain: every society or nation, and I'm only commenting on democratic countries, elects its leaders, and every country has its main public office, which is usually that of president of the Republic or prime minister, etc. However, in the world, these are the two most important positions, as well as the most common, besides monarchs and dictators.

However, following this line of reasoning, societies are like beehives or prides of lions, because when the "kings" or "queens" are overthrown by invaders or even by individuals who frequent or are part of "their" courts, almost instantly the communities violated by the overthrow or death of their supreme leaders enter a process of deconstruction and self-destruction that is almost impossible to control or reorganize.

This is what is happening in Brazil. And it is not the first time that a third-world coup d'état has occurred, as well as all of them promoted by the Brazilian right wing, one of the most powerful and cruel on this planet, which has never had and does not have the responsibility to think about Brazil, because it is only concerned with maintaining its benefits and privileges, in addition to taking care of its patrimonial and financial interests, using the national state as an instrument that enables the transfer of the country's wealth to an irresponsible, incompetent caste that has never in its unworthy and violent history been committed to the independence of Brazil and the emancipation of its people.

We are now reaching the death throes of Lava Jato. Anyone who thinks that this task force will emerge unscathed from its crimes, abuses, and cowardice is sorely mistaken. After Lula was not mentioned in any lists of people who benefited from bribes and corruption of all kinds, Lava Jato has reached a crossroads: either it arrests Lula by force of law or it acknowledges that Lula did not commit any crimes or wrongdoings that could tarnish his image as a politician and citizen. We are talking about a politician who leads all the polls for presidential candidates, after being morally lynched in public, day and night, for two years.

After being persecuted throughout his political life, that is, for about 40 years, Lula rises again to take flight like a Phoenix, because, in the last two years, he has been fiercely and cowardly persecuted by the most corrupt and coup-plotting press in the Western world and especially by the Globo Organizations(?), in addition to being a victim of lawfare, which means that former President Lula, as has been proven through selective and empty accusations and denunciations, is the target of a war waged through the manipulation of laws perpetrated, incredibly, by judges.

Exactly, Lula is being treated by prosecutors and judges as a political enemy to be defeated, and, in effect, the law is being abused as a weapon of war to achieve political, partisan, legal, and judicial success. Does anyone doubt that Moro, Gilmar, Dallagnol, and their cronies act more like politicians than servants of the judiciary? If you have any doubts, please go find an analyst or someone who can better explain the history of coups that have occurred in Brazil. Because, definitively, it is impossible to tolerate so much alienation and stupidity...

This is, in fact, a strategy coordinated and organized by the Judiciary, as exemplified by Judge Sérgio Moro's court and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office of Curitiba, led by prosecutors Deltan Dallagnol and Carlos Fernando dos Santos Silva, with the acquiescence and complicity of the Supreme Court justices, led by Judge Gilmar Mendes and company, who allowed a criminal to proceed with the impeachment process (coup) against Dilma Rousseff, and only this individual was arrested after almost a year, because they waited for him to finish the dirty work of the shameless sedition.

The villainy displayed by the worst kind of bandits on a massive scale, who removed an honest leader from the Presidency of the Republic, a leader who committed no crime of responsibility, is unacceptable! The coup plotters should be imprisoned for treason against the Fatherland, for endangering the rule of law, democracy, and the civil, labor, and social security rights of the Brazilian working people, for irresponsibly and criminally dismantling the national state, as is happening now with the sale of the pre-salt oil reserves to foreign corporations and the ever-present plutocrats who behave like birds of prey waiting for the death of a wounded or sick animal.

Former congressman and now prisoner, Eduardo Cunha, did what he did because he was given permission by the Supreme Federal Court (STF) to kick off the violent, albeit fraudulent, coup. The STF, if it hadn't also been involved in the banana republic coup, could have prevented this unfortunate adventure orchestrated by the worst kind of opportunists, committed to their unconfessed interests and determined to destroy or dismantle, without hesitation, the welfare state that was being built through the labor governments. Despite their flaws and errors, these governments got far more right than wrong, because history will record the great social, economic, and diplomatic advances achieved during the essentially democratic and pluralistic governments of Presidents Lula and Dilma.

The truth is that the attacks, the reckless acts and actions against Lula by public servants in the Judiciary, who have decided to participate in the political struggle, are being discredited. They are so involved that it amounts to an affront to the Constitution and the Law, in addition to being challenged by a large segment of society, which perceives the bad actions of prosecutors, delegates and judges who, since the 2014 elections and the June 2013 protests, have clearly demonstrated that they have a side, a party, an ideology and a preference when choosing their partners and allies, who are generally politicians from the PSDB, DEM and PPS parties, who are protected and shielded in such a way that the most politically aware population can only feel immense shame and outrage at seeing a deceitful, sectarian, selective and unjust Judiciary like the one that operates in Brazil.

This refers to bourgeois justice, which has irrevocably transformed itself into a slave-owning overseer or foreman of the big house. It is the Judiciary that watches Brazil being handed over, investments frozen for 20 years, and does nothing because it is complicit in the dismantling of the welfare state. It is lamentable for many Brazilians to have to coexist with a class, without generalizing, like this. It is utterly unbearable, because anyone with even a minimum of discernment of what is just and unjust, defensible and indefensible, feasible and infeasible knows very well that the reason Brazil is in a state of pariah and banana republic is because the Brazilian right wing, the colonized bourgeoisie, wants to govern to benefit itself, even if it is by force of a third-world coup worthy of scoundrels.

The truth is that the prosecutors, police officers, and judges who arrest Lula, who didn't steal, who still lives in his middle-class apartment in São Bernardo, and who doesn't have money abroad, are desperate and, since they're not idiots, they know that arresting the greatest leader in Latin America and one of the greatest in the world will have enormous consequences both globally and domestically. You can't destroy an eminently popular leader who didn't steal without paying a very high price, both historically and in real life, now and at this moment—right now!

The truth is that Lula leads in all first-round scenarios for the presidential race—the Palácio do Planalto. And the right-wing consortium, formed by judges, owners of private business media and their irresponsible journalists, in addition to, obviously, the partisan right wing, led by the coup-plotting parties that are ruining Brazil without having won the elections, are, I repeat, completely desperate!

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in power is synonymous with the fight for Brazil's independence and the opening of access to consumption, education, health, employment, and study for the Brazilian people. The same people whom the stupid, cunning, and violent bourgeoisie wants to see perpetually relegated to the condition of cheap, enslaved labor, unable to control their own destiny. Lula in power signifies a diplomatically democratic Brazil that is also independent and autonomous, striving for development because it demands that its diplomatic, scientific, and technological treaties be defined by a content-based policy. This is the requirement, the counterpart, for more developed foreign companies to establish themselves in Brazil or sell their products, thus transferring their knowledge.

This is what the right wing doesn't do, the bourgeoisie doesn't do, the elite don't do, and yet there are still right-wingers supporting such savagery, betrayal, idiocy, and stupidity. Deliberate stupidity so that no one demands anything in return, because the Brazilian right wing is handing over the country without the foreigners asking or pressuring them. Surreal! The work of vermin! The work of subordinates and provincials who consider themselves chic because they have money and have been traveling abroad for decades without understanding why rich countries are developed.

What pettiness. What insignificant people, staging a coup d'état disguised as legal and legitimate, and starting to seize, with the hunger of wolves, the benefits, rights, and advancements of the poor. They staged a coup to rob the poor and the country's riches. Unbelievable! They are animals! Eternally underdeveloped and therefore disrespected and disregarded by the authorities and the foreign press. *Michel Temer and his cronies are proponents of this farce.

They are miserable, wealthy coup plotters who don't even know why they're alive, because they serve no one, least of all Brazil. They are scoundrels, besides being cowards, because they destroyed Brazil's economy and political stability to prevent the PT's social-democratic project from moving forward. The coup, above all else, was to put Brazil back within the United States' sphere of influence, that is, to bring the great Brazilian nation back into the orbit of globalization, which, in reality, is a more sophisticated form of neoliberalism, beyond the Washington Consensus of 1989.

Brazil is regressing to the neoliberalism of the 1980s and even the 1970s, when General Augusto Pinochet's Chicago Boys wrecked Chile's economy and social security system. Now they want to dismantle the Brazilian social security system to hand it over to the banks, which control private pension plans. Billions and billions are at stake, and the "collapse" of Social Security is a lie, cowardice, and a sell-out directly into the veins of the Brazilian working people. There's no such thing... It's theft perpetrated by bandits who seized power by force.

So let there be a broad and thorough audit of Social Security. The country demands to know the true state of Social Security. Enough of this empty talk, this nonsense, this hearsay. They deliberately degraded the country to overthrow President Dilma Rousseff. But there's Lula. According to Datafarsa, Lula has 25% of the voting intentions; Aécio Neves has 11%. The PSDB candidate is the main politician behind the coup, as he is largely responsible for sabotaging Dilma's Workers' Party government, starting the day after the October 2014 elections. Marina Silva, opportunistic as always, fell silent after realizing that the third-world coup is a sham, but she has 15% of the voting intentions. Her adventurous role and immense incoherence will be recorded in history.

Against Geraldo Alckmin, Lula has 26%. The Labor politician also beats the PSDB candidate José Serra, the penniless individual who is selling Petrobras to foreign oil transnationals. The exception is Marina Silva. According to Datafarsa, she would have 43% against Lula's 34% in the second round. However, and everyone knows that things don't work that way, and that Lula, with airtime on election broadcasts and in the media, debating the country and arguing with his opponents, is difficult to stop.

And why? Because, besides being a courageous man, he governed Brazil for eight years and left power with 87% approval. His legacy is more than immense, it's historic. Lula has something to show and remember. And Marina? What will she show? That she's a coup plotter? That she sided with the rich? That she's negligent and complicit? That she remained silent when the coup happened? That she has no commitment to anyone but herself? Marina is from Marina's party, and nothing more... Lula will be defeated because he's a politician who is an inseparable part of the script of Brazilian history. There's no way around it. The coup-plotting and usurping elite will have to swallow it... Either imprison Lula. Or Lula will die. The Datafarsa poll doesn't matter. Period.

The Supreme Federal Court (STF) must evaluate all the issues raised in this text and in numerous articles written by columnists and commentators in the progressive blogosphere. Otherwise, if they assess the political situation by only reading conservative journalists, accomplices and protagonists of the "banana coup," they will be in trouble, because they have to listen to both sides, something that the bourgeois and corporate press does not do and will not do as long as the Workers' Party (PT) and left-wing politicians have a chance of winning presidential elections.

The Supreme Court justices should, in fact, urgently end the coup, putting the coup plotters where they belong: in the dustbin of history. The Supreme Court still has time to salvage its credibility by supporting direct elections and enabling Brazil to resume its economic and social growth and recover its self-esteem, which was hijacked by the worst kind of scoundrels who disregarded 54,5 million votes without having the moral authority to do so, much less the right. The coup-plotting and right-wing consortium is in the limbo of history, wallowing in the fetid mud of betrayal.

The Supreme Federal Court (STF) did not punish the judge who leaked the audio of Lula and Dilma, allowed Eduardo Cunha to initiate the coup, supported the crimes of Sérgio Moro, the harmful selectivity of Rodrigo Janot, submitted to underhanded negotiations with Renan Calheiros, allowed Lula to be lynched and persecuted until now without the judges proving any wrongdoing on the part of the labor leader, and, not satisfied with that, its members do not know the realities of Brazil and stand idly by while Brazil is sold as if it were a mere product from Casas Bahia (a Brazilian department store chain).

The truth is that the political and legal chess game is coming to an end. And the end will come with the imprisonment or not of Lula — the president who didn't steal and against whom nothing has been proven, except that the left-wing politician is being relentlessly persecuted and publicly lynched. Brazil is paying to see! That's it.
