When will the Justice system cut off Lula's head and burn it at the stake?

If anyone had any doubt that Lula is the most important and notorious political prisoner in the world after Nelson Mandela, from now on they don't anymore. How far will these cowardly vigilantes go? Or when will this justice – with two 's's – order Lula's head to be cut off and burned at the stake?

When will the Justice system cut off Lula's head and burn it at the stake?

If anyone had any doubt that Lula is the most important and notorious political prisoner in the world after Nelson Mandela, they no longer do.

Convicted in the first instance in a process riddled with gross (unacceptable) errors and unforgivable inconsistencies, he "luckily" had his sentence upheld and, believe it or not, increased by 3 years in the second instance (a situation foreshadowed even before the case reached the TRF4), which guaranteed him imprisonment without the famous "presumption of innocence" and without basic constitutional principles.

Lula became a prisoner (complete with white clothes with black stripes), even before being investigated - back in 2013 - where he was sadly personified in a hideous doll nicknamed "Pixuleco".

As if that weren't enough, he was forcibly taken away without ever having been summoned (with live broadcast on TV Globo) from his apartment in São Bernardo do Campo to the pompous Guarulhos-SP airport, with spectacular and cinematic details captured by Globocop.

Lula's life and that of his family were also investigated (from today up to 30 years ago), as well as that of his third generation, with the confiscation of his grandchildren's tablets.

Nevertheless, all his habeas corpus petitions were always denied at every level. But when a drop of justice (with a cedilla) granted his release through the duty judge of the TRF4, Dr. Rogério Favretto, an unprecedented chicanery was orchestrated, even overriding everything and everyone hierarchically speaking (especially the Constitution), keeping him imprisoned.

In the Supreme Court, after everything was always denied, Minister Marco Aurélio of the STF ordered the release of those convicted in the second instance, which could benefit the former president and bring this issue to the Supreme Court's agenda. However, an outcry from Bolsonaro supporters, including the military, "intimided" President Dias Toffoli, who revoked it with a stroke of his pen.

Well, they banned him from participating in the elections – where his overwhelming victory was certain, from giving interviews, receiving visits and now from attending the funeral of his brother Vavá who died yesterday (29).

The vigilantes have definitively destroyed the last shred of credibility remaining in the Brazilian justice system. In other words, the bad judges tarnish the image of the good ones!

May God have mercy on men who, far from doing true justice, are light-years away from the federal Constitution and all possible and imaginable codes.

This time, will the federal (in)justice system – which has been legislating in its own interest since the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff – lay off deputies and senators and finally assume the power to officially promote national laws? Or will Congress, as the official and autonomous legislative power of the Republic, show its face and take on this fight?

How far will these cowardly vigilantes go? Or when will this "justice" – with two "s"s – order Lula's head to be cut off and burned at the stake?

After this inhumane and absurd thing they did to him, does anyone still doubt who will be the next Nobel Peace Prize winner?
