Which hidden judge is in charge? Could it be the judiciary of Globo (a Brazilian TV network)?

Part of the Brazilian judiciary brazenly assumes its position regarding the coup and its persecution of Lula. The question remains: at whose behest?

We watched in bewilderment as the Brazilian judiciary played a ping-pong game regarding the Habeas Corpus petition in favor of President Lula. This maneuvering clearly demonstrated who is in charge in Brazil. The news media, which is driving this entire farce to maintain the coup, distilled far more hatred than the legal explanation that the moment demanded. There were hours of back-and-forth between releasing and not releasing Lula, hours of legality and illegality experienced by the Brazilian people.

Is there some kind of hidden judge deciding whether Lula is released or remains in prison? Perhaps Globo knows.
