The Attorney General's Office and the Supreme Court are preparing to strike against Bolsonaro and his clan with Federal Police actions against Ramagem, Jordy, and new ones to come.

The Bolsonaro clan sees the net closing in on the harsh and conclusive accusations that they conceived, structured, financed, and encouraged anti-democratic acts.

When he assumed responsibility for the inquiry and the accusations stemming from the investigations into the anti-democratic acts that attempted to abolish the Democratic State on January 8, 2023, the Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet Branco, praised the work that had been done up to that point by Deputy Attorney General Carlos Frederico Santos and, immediately afterwards, requested that the PGR team expedite the pending procedures. The objective, already agreed upon with Minister Alexandre de Moraes, is to conclude all investigative procedures by the end of April at the latest. This will allow a well-structured, well-founded indictment, based on material evidence and testimonies such as that of Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid, to be presented to the Supreme Federal Court by August.

Among prosecutors and advisors at the Supreme Federal Court (STF) working on the case, there is already certainty about the leading role Jair Bolsonaro will play in this indictment. In preliminary drafts, he emerges as the mastermind, formulator, instigator via social media and the public and private communication apparatus, the financing organizer, and the ultimate beneficiary of all the violent attempts to abolish the rule of law attempted between 2021 and 2023 in Brazil. The coup (which was defeated) on January 8th of last year was the culmination of the boorish stratagems of Bolsonaro, his clan, and the Bolsonaro supporters who acted in the pay of these subservient businessmen or simply out of dilettantism.

The search and seizure operation against Congressman Carlos Jordy, leader of the PL party in the Chamber of Deputies, is the result of a request for expedited procedures made by Gonet to his staff. Jordy, the PL party, Jair Bolsonaro, and his sons felt the blow. Thursday's operation against Ramagem is a result of the natural course of tributary rivers flowing towards the larger river, all heading towards the sea. The investigation against Ramagem and other members of the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin) was opened to investigate illegal espionage and monitoring carried out against politicians, journalists, and NGOs that resisted Bolsonaro's anti-democratic attacks. The same scheme, within Abin, acted in favor of the former president's sons and their business friends, either for business deals or to create dossiers that would help them make money and win lawsuits. As investigators, prosecutors, and federal police communicate, dialogue, and share information, the two actions became connected: the Attorney General's Office began to draw on the illegal espionage of the former head of ABIN (Brazilian Intelligence Agency) who was elected to a federal deputy mandate, making possible connections with the anti-democratic acts of 2021, 2022, and with the coup of January 8, 2023.

From this productive panoramic view of evidence, testimonies, and related facts placed side-by-side in a kind of "mind map" of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Federal Police, and the Supreme Federal Court, the facts are connecting. The CPF numbers (Brazilian taxpayer ID numbers) of Bolsonaro's allies are linked to the positions they held during Jair Bolsonaro's presidency, and everything is being connected to failed or executed coups during that period. An imaginary thermal image taken from this mental map formed by the fragments of investigations and inquiries that are now coming together reveals: at the epicenter of everything, red as a large cooked shrimp, is Jair Messias Bolsonaro. Other operations by the Federal Police, at the request of the Attorney General's Office and authorized by the Supreme Federal Court, will follow in the coming days. They will be launched against former ministers, former aides, and even family members of the former president who helped him in his attempt to obscure and undermine Brazilian democracy. Whether they are parliamentarians or not. The 00, 01, 02, 03, and 04 members of your clan are supporting actors, but there will be salt left for their respective backs. The final blow is on its way, in a pincer movement, and all will be named in the indictment for attempting to abolish the Democratic Rule of Law.
