"Beset by an international network of slanderers and defamers, we are also facing monstrous bills for medical expenses and taxes, and we will DESPERATELY need the help of our friends," posted Olavo de Carvalho. In exchange for support, the astrologer offered autographed books and "deep gratitude." Immediately, federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PSL-SP) shared the astrologer's request. Besides the president's "little darling," the decadent musician Lobão also expressed support for Olavo de Carvalho. Other internet users, however, didn't miss the chance to criticize the lover of the "free market" and the USA.

Brazilian congressman Ivan Valente (PSOL-SP) posted on Twitter: "Olavo de Carvalho evades taxes and sinks. The guru of the Bolsonaros did not pay the taxes he owed in the US and now has to pay a huge debt. He asks for support and has created a fundraising campaign.
