Moro belongs in jail and in oblivion, along with his dark creation — Free Lula.

The fascist-leaning judge Sérgio Moro, on vacation in Portugal, enjoying life like a true, authentic, and genuine right-wing supporter of the PSDB party, defies the decision of Judge Rogério Favreto, the Democratic Rule of Law, the Constitution, the Penal and Civil Codes, and democracy to unjustly keep Lula imprisoned, in order to remove him from the presidential elections.

This refers to the obsessive thug or the Neanderthal man of the Brazilian slave-owning right wing. It is this national disgrace that has hijacked the justice system of this backward, violent country that does not respect the civil rights of its citizens. An irresponsible justice system comprised of wealthy judges and prosecutors, detached from the needs, suffering, and dreams of the Brazilian people, and intent on preventing Brazil from becoming sovereign and developed.

The order to release the most prominent and important politician in Latin America, issued by the TRF-4 judge Rogério Favreto, is absolutely not a matter for the left-wing, labor politician, who was literally kidnapped by right-wing thugs in robes so that he could run in the elections on equal footing with the other candidates.

More than that. When Moro, a provincial judge with fascist gestures and actions, ends his petit-bourgeois vacation, committed to the core to the coup d'état against democracy and the Democratic Rule of Law enshrined in the Constitution, it is because the first-instance magistrate, umbilically linked to the PSDB and DEM parties, realized that the survival of the Lava Jato's DOPS-DOI-CODI was at stake.

And let me explain: It would be a crushing political defeat for the proto-fascist right wing, which is entrenched in the Judiciary at all levels, in the Attorney General's Office (Federal Public Prosecutor's Office) and in the Federal Police, the same police force that has never cared for the borders and refuses to exchange gunfire with the thugs and murderers involved in drug and arms trafficking who have taken over vast border territories, because it wants to stay out of trouble, receiving high salaries and only dealing with arresting rich, spineless people who are afraid of the sound of simple sneezes. It's the Federal Police that lies down and rolls around, pretending to be a piglet so it can suckle lying down.

The purpose of preventing Lula's release is irrevocable: to keep him in prison even though he has not committed any crimes, as acknowledged by the proto-fascist judge, Sérgio Moro, when he stated in his absurd, reckless, and mendacious sentencing that the conviction of the labor politician, whom the majority of the people want to vote for, was based on an article in the newspaper O Globo.

The private business enterprise that produces sensationalist and sensationalist journalism, which oppresses and persecutes those considered its enemies. The oligopoly belonging to the Marinho family, of unfortunate memory, which has fiercely combated the left and also labor movements since the Getúlio Vargas era, and which will have much to lose economically and politically if Lula becomes president for a third time. Moro knows this, and so do the judges of the TRF-4, the STJ, and the STF (Supreme Federal Court), the main guarantors of the coup. Period.

Moro, an anti-democratic, anti-nationalist, and anti-popular judge, brutally decides on the life of Lula, a political prisoner in the year 2018, kidnapped by a clique of judges who act, in reality, like thugs. This judge should have been imprisoned a long time ago, as he is the author of numerous crimes that, if they occurred in a civilized country where the people are educated and receive attention from the state, this individual, so detrimental to the nation's interests, would be incarcerated for the good of society and public service.

The backwoods magistrate from Paraná, perhaps the most reactionary state in Brazil, is saving his own personal DOI-CODI (Department of Political and Social Order), where he plays cops and robbers. This right-wing, pro-PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party) judge is a true shapeshifter, acting in various ways, simultaneously playing the roles of judge, prosecutor, and police officer. Moro is the epitome of third-world, banana republic-style violence, and this robed thug will certainly one day end up behind bars, because that is truly his deserved place. Just to remind you, Moro has never arrested a single corrupt PSDB member!

To keep Lula illegally and unjustly imprisoned, because the leader of the Workers' Party must be prevented at all costs from participating in the October presidential election, Moro resorted to his partner in the coup d'état, who also kidnapped Lula and placed him in a DOI-Codi prison in Curitiba. His name is João Pedro Gebran Neto, who promptly assisted his partner in revoking the habeas corpus granted to Lula by his colleague Rogério Favreto.

It is unbelievable that the rapporteur of the case against Lula at the TRF-4 (Regional Federal Court of the 4th Region) would interfere in this way and commit yet another crime against the Constitution and jurisprudence of the country. The coup-plotting judges, who irresponsibly decided to create the biggest institutional crisis in the country's history to consolidate the third-world coup—which is their face and the grimace of those these robed thugs represent—have had the audacity and infamy to go so far to serve the interests of the Brazilian right wing, the PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party) politicians, businessmen, and foreign countries that are buying up Brazil, which has regressed to the 18th century, having become a colony to be harshly exploited and robbed.

Lula, the leader in all the polls conducted by the bourgeois research institutes, will sooner or later have to be freed from the clutches of those morbid, corrupt judges of the elite, who shame the nation and cause collective hatred and immense distrust among the people regarding their terrible conduct and unconfessable intentions, because even the Devil doubts the good intentions of these robed henchmen, who have lost respect because they do not respect themselves.

The Supreme Court (SCT) is largely responsible for the barbarity of the impeachment coup. The endless and boundless coup-mongering practiced by these judges, who are, literally, the shame, the disgrace, and the misfortune of Brazil. The place for the PSDB member Sérgio Moro is prison and the oblivion of his dark creation. The selective, unjust, and partisan judge must be imprisoned for being a person who commits a series of crimes that have been more than proven. Psychopathy... Free Lula. That's it.
