On Twitter, Bolsonaro commits impeachable offenses, but keeps his base mobilized around moral issues.

We, progressives and democrats, have not yet been able to reveal to society that there has not been, until now, a single positive act by this government towards the population.

During the country's biggest popular festival, Carnival, Bolsonaro had the opportunity to exalt our culture, but he preferred to spread demagoguery (about the Rouanet Law and Education), gratuitously attack opponents, and spread scatological humor, revealing a lack of understanding of the importance of the office he holds.

The post on his official Twitter account dishonors the presidential office and reveals a morbid obsession on the part of the former captain who, in addition to denigrating our culture before the world, also commits a crime of responsibility, as stated in Law 1.079/1950, in its article 9, which lists crimes of responsibility against probity in administration. Item 7 is very clear: "to act in a manner incompatible with the dignity, honor and decorum of the office."

Beyond the debate surrounding the post itself, the presidential tweet was nothing more than another ploy, a trap devised by the "brains" of Bolsonaro's communications team, his son Carlos – and which we progressives and democrats in general fell for – creating yet another conflict in order to keep Bolsonaro's supporters mobilized in defense of the government around moralistic agendas.

We, progressives and democrats, have not yet been able to reveal to society that there has not been, until now, a single positive act by this government towards the population.
