Another despicable act.

"Don't celebrate Dias Toffoli's decision. His permission for Lula to attend his brother's funeral is an outrage, a charade," criticizes journalist Breno Altman; "The habeas corpus allows the former president to meet with his family inside a military unit, inside an armed forces barracks in the southeastern region. The decision was published after Lula's brother had already been buried. Not only is it despicable, but it also reveals the military's tutelage over the police state that is being built."

Don't celebrate Dias Toffoli's decision. His permission for Lula to attend his brother's funeral is an outrage, a charade.

The habeas corpus allows the former president to meet with his family inside a military unit, within an armed forces barracks in the southeastern region.

The decision was published after Lula's brother had already been buried.

And he would only agree to be present at the wake if the body was taken to that same military unit.

Not only is it despicable, but it also highlights the military's tutelage over the police state that is being built.
