Note from the Lula Institute regarding donation receipt.

The Lula Institute, like other entities of former presidents, receives private donations, all legal, registered, accounted for, and with the respective taxes paid. The donations from Odebrecht to the Institute were made by the company itself, Construtora Norberto Odebrecht SA, in a registered, accounted for, and lawful manner. The Institute's revenues are applied to the entity's social purpose, which is that of a non-profit association. The Institute has no knowledge of or responsibility for internal messages from any other organization.
