Since Monday (23), President Dilma Rousseff has been in the city of Seville, Spain, invited to a seminar on neoliberalism and democracy on the reduction of social rights and human rights in relation to the new world order.
Dilma opens the seminar “Neoliberal Capitalism, Surplus Democracy” on Wednesday (25). José Eduardo Cardozo and Lula’s lawyer, Cristiano Zanin Martins, will also be present.
According to the schedule, the other speakers at the seminar will be Roberto Caldas, president of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and Baltasar Garzon, judge and former judge of the National Court of Spain.
Dilma was received at the Seville airport by federal deputy Jandira Feghali, among others.
Congresswoman Jandira Feghali is also one of the guests at the seminar, where she will contribute alongside academics, politicians, legal professionals, and many others from various countries around the world.
According to Jandira Feghali on her Facebook page, the director of master's and doctoral programs at the universities participating in and organizing the debate, as well as the Joaquín Herrera Flores Institute, based in Seville, which discusses and addresses new ideological policies and human rights in the world, will also be present.
Jandira said that the seminar aims to exchange experiences and analyze the global reality, but also that of Brazil, which is why Dilma Rousseff was invited to open the event and former minister José Eduardo Cardozo was also invited to speak about the legal process in Brazil, where they will systematically participate with representatives from other countries around the world.
