Dallagnol should be arrested a thousand times if he has a thousand lives — The story as it is.
The former prosecutor continues to vociferously and insolently challenge the authorities and established democratic institutions of this country.
“I would do it again a thousand times if I had a thousand lives,” says the former fugitive prosecutor from the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office and expelled far-right congressman, Deltan Dallagnol, regarding the court ruling that obliges the suited-up scoundrel with the saintly face to compensate President Lula-3 for moral damages caused in 2016 through a frivolous, cowardly, mendacious, and criminal PowerPoint presentation against the Brazilian statesman, founder of the PT and the CUT, who never committed common or impeachable crimes, nor betrayed Brazil or attempted or supported a coup d'état against democracy and the Democratic Rule of Law.
“Deltan Dallagnol never participated in a hearing. I had 83 witnesses and he didn't attend a single deposition. I can effectively say this: if there's anyone who could be the head of a criminal gang, it's him [Dallagnol]. He says I was the head of a criminal gang, but he's the one who created a special fund for himself [Dallagnol], with R$ 2,5 billion from Petrobras, and wanted to take who knows how much from Odebrecht. He should have been dismissed the day he said he 'had no proof, only conviction' [Dallagnol's statement after the PowerPoint presentation], for the good of the public service. How can the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office, which is one of the institutions meant to guarantee the Brazilian democratic system, put irresponsible kids like these in charge, who lied in every case?” — Lula-3 on Deltan Dallagnol's omissions, cowardice, and illegalities.
Instead of the former prosecutor, who fled the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office and was ousted congressman, making a mea culpa about his illegal escapades and lawless follies—that is, continuous and serial crimes when he was at the head of the Lava Jato den of wolves, which happens to be the biggest legal and judicial farce in the history of this country and one of the most serious that has ever occurred in the historiography of world law—former prosecutor Deltan Dallagnol, from the height of his messianic and dictatorial fundamentalism, chooses to say that he would repeat the same crimes "a thousand times" against Lula-3.
In turn, the truth is that this cunning individual, with his sordid actions, would continue with his persecutory and deceitful acts, as well as evade Lula-3's depositions, as he did repeatedly and unscrupulously in Curitiba, perhaps because he always lacked the courage to look directly into the eyes of the most important Brazilian politician of the last 50 years, a historical figure of the left, and thus avoid the shame that will befall him in the dirty and subterranean history that Dallagnol himself built for him with his own hands and arbitrary actions.
However, I don't know if his terrible conduct, specifically regarding his regrettable statement about repeating his crime a thousand times against Lula-3, is simply a character flaw or something more serious, like being a citizen afflicted with psychopathy and therefore beyond repair in mental and psychological terms, other than continuing to walk down tortuous paths and certainly ending up in jail, because judging by the way things are going, this individual will never be rehabilitated, because according to the Justice system, through accusations against this evil subject, the charges are serious and one day his turn will come to answer to Brazilian society.
Dallagnol defines himself as an evangelical Christian and a member of the Baptist Church. In reality, he behaves like a Plutarchian hero in reverse, but presents himself alongside people aligned with Bolsonaro and the far right as if he were truly a fighter against corruption, in addition to portraying himself as the herald of "morality, family, and good customs," supported by the hypocritical trilogy commonly used by the coup-plotting right wing of this country, based on "God, Fatherland, and Family." However, I suggest to the reader that if you hear someone utter this phrase or this deceitful and sordid propaganda, pick up your cell phone and immediately call 190—the police number.
As everyone knows, even extraterrestrials, the politically illiterate who thrive in all social classes, and newborns, the Brazilian right has no other solution than to stage coups and rely on unlimited lies and schemes, since it usually loses presidential elections and, in turn, chooses to conspire and carry out coups simply because it fails to implement government programs for economic and social inclusion to present to the Brazilian people, just as it has never developed a project for development and sovereignty for Brazil in its 525 years of existence.
The truth is that the perennial vocation and intention of these people is to brutally concentrate income and wealth and, in effect, keep a large part of the population in ignorance and exploit them to the last drop of sweat, as exemplified by underemployment and the "maid's room," the most visible and perceptible legacy of slavery in Brazil, dominated by Brazilian and foreign billionaires. The "maid's room" is an extension of the slave quarters belonging to the centuries-old slave owners of this profoundly violent, unjust, and unequal country.
It's a real fact that the right wing of this rich country with a poor population has been fighting to keep the population as a second-class nation for over five centuries. Does anyone doubt it? Then know that Brazil is among the ten largest economies in the world, occupying the ninth position in 2024 and the tenth in 2025, but in a contradictory and perverse way, Brazil ranks between the seventh and ninth countries in social inequality, alongside Congo, and these data are measured by the Gini Index, which assesses income concentration in each country.
Therefore, the giant of South and Latin America is extremely rich, but it has one of the worst economic and financial bourgeoisies in the world, which is the "elite" of backwardness and regression, violent in daily practice and morally enslaving. These very wealthy people have representatives in Congress who systematically vote against the financial, labor, and social security interests of Brazilians, and everything else. Consequently, the native bourgeoisie and its followers, like most of the middle class, support political and ideological measures against Brazil by the fascist and dictatorial government of Donald Trump, who is currently facing protests from the American people in the streets and on social media.
These are reactionaries, traitors, and ignoramuses who join, directly or indirectly, the politically motivated commercial attacks against Brazilian institutions and authorities, as is happening right now between Brazil and the United States, a power that blackmails and threatens the progressive government, the Supreme Federal Court (STF), and organized and unorganized Brazilian society, in order to serve the excesses and coup attempts of the Bolsonaro family and their allies, who, without a doubt, are the Silvérios dos Reis of present-day Brazil, who will be marked like tattoos in the memory of a large part of Brazilians in the lamentable roles of traitors to the Fatherland.
The Bolsonaro family and their acolytes, such as Deltan Dallagnol, have been making Brazilian politics a living hell for over a decade, stubbornly refusing to follow rules, norms, and laws, in accordance with the Constitution and the Democratic Rule of Law. They want a dictatorship instead of democracy and a minimal state that does not meet the demands of the population, but only the interests of the rich and the upper middle and lower bourgeois classes, as did the treacherous governments of Temer and Bolsonaro, among other right-wing leaders who occupied the Presidency of the Republic in the past.
However, Deltan Dallagnol is the main subject of this article, as he is one of the protagonists of the coup and the lack of justice that occurred especially during the ill-fated Lava Jato operation, with its criminally draconian realities and practices. This nefarious individual always relied on the illegality of his actions, using lies (deceiving and betraying his position and function in the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office), slander (accusations without evidence), and defamation (presenting a criminal PowerPoint presentation on television) as spearheads of his morbid outbursts of grandeur and delinquent actions against people Dallagnol considered enemies to be destroyed. He was (and still is) the very embodiment of grandiloquence and arrogance, a politically and morally insignificant man.
These crimes, committed without pity or remorse, are being processed in the courts and will be proven in due time when the case files are ready for judgment and sentencing. Therefore, sooner or later, the judges will judge the former prosecutor who repeatedly committed serious crimes against people, citizenship, and democratic institutions. Dallagnol is one of the countless henchmen serving the elite, a power occupied for centuries by the bourgeoisie. He is a former public servant who chose to be a lackey of the interests of big capital and is fiercely committed to the class struggle in the forums where he worked, such as the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office and the Chamber of Deputies, and continues to harass the country through social media, always defending what is unjust, indefensible, unacceptable, incoherent, but above all, perverse.
The former prosecutor and former federal deputy exists for this purpose, and his ideological and class hatred reaches the pinnacles of senselessness, stupidity, and cruelty. Deltan Dallagnol is a subordinate serving the rich, I emphasize again. And worse: he thinks he isn't. Clueless, like many Brazilians with the same reasons as the former prosecutor from the underworld of Lava Jato, Dallagnol dreams of being a member or associate of the plutocracy, because he considers himself, but mistakenly believes himself, a constituent of the world of the rich and the very rich, and thus he has become a slave driver, sucked dry like an orange, his pulp thrown away. It's pathetic!
This stupid and subservient right wing, subservient to the coup-mongering dictates of the national bourgeoisie and the colonizing Western powers, has never, at any moment, wanted to liberate and emancipate the Brazilian people from their chains that date back to slavery and underdevelopment. Dallagnol and his accomplices and cronies, whose political and economic aims are class struggle in favor of the rich, are the overseers who conspire ad aeternum against the interests of the population of this country, I reiterate, rich in poor people.
A population exploited and composed mostly of millions of workers, professionals, students, and retirees, the basis of the financial resources that the State collects through countless taxes, which sustain the privileges and benefits granted for centuries to this lazy, deceitful, violent, corrupt, and deceitful "elite" that Dallagnol and his cronies so appreciate and defend. In truth, this type of person desires a country for the few, that is, with walls built in an authentic apartheid—a regime of social and racial segregation. Or does segregation not exist in Brazil? How could it not, if a large part of the population still lacks access to good quality basic public services? How could it not, if the best jobs and neighborhoods belong to the rich and the alienated traditional and upper-middle classes, whose frivolous and futile dream is to go to Miami to shop or to Orlando to see Mickey, Donald, and Pluto, thus turning themselves into fools? Isn't that right, my dear friend, my comrade?
In fact, people of Dallagnol's ilk, originating from the middle or upper-middle class, use public office and political strategies based on narrow-minded moralism, with bizarre religious appeals and intellectually crude notions. This process proves that people with profiles similar to Dallagnol's are very dangerous, and not even punishments from the State are capable of convincing them to even minimally repent or try to veer towards common sense and thus evaluate their own image and behavior, regarding their vocation for perversity, lies, and what sordidly springs from their hearts, from their prejudiced minds in the form of ideology, religion, society, and politics.
This is an explosive mixture or formula that exacerbates political and ideological extremism, exemplified, for instance, by dangerous figures for political and institutional stability such as Deltan Dallagnol and Sérgio Moro, who are two of the many pillars of the coup in Brazil, starting in 2014, that criminally attacked democratic institutions, leading to the deposition of the legitimate and constitutional president Dilma Rousseff in 2016, and resulting in the unjust and politically motivated imprisonment of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in 2018, illegally removing him from the presidential race.
Lula's response came three years after his release from prison in 2019. The greatest and most important president in Brazilian history, alongside the labor leader Getúlio Vargas, was resounding, clear, and objective. In addition to defeating the Lava Jato gang and persecutory sectors of the Judiciary, the Federal Police, the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office, and the market-driven press of the media barons, in 2022, Lula became president for the third time through the force of democracy, the ballot box, and the rule of law.
The left-wing statesman defeated a far-right coup-plotting, anti-national, anti-popular, anti-democratic regime that had been devoid for centuries of any project for sovereignty, independence, and social and economic development for Brazil and its people. If it weren't for Lula-3, we would certainly be suffering today under yet another dictatorship, adding to the unfortunate collection of our history. And the regime would be ferocious, as all dictatorships are.
Cowardly, deceitful, and presumptuous when he was at the head of the Lava Jato scum, playing the shameful and bizarre role of Tomás de Torquemada, Dallagnol, an unknown and anonymous agent, proved to be a bold and articulate prosecutor, initially working with sectors of the first and second instance courts, before climbing the ranks, receiving support from some ministers of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and, later, from sectors of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), when Lava Jato reached its peak and the Supreme Court, shamefully, became the Supreme Court with Everything and, on its knees, bowed its head to a dangerous gang that mortally offended Brazilian society, the rule of law, and democracy.
At this moment, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) has humiliated and shamed the country, civilization, torn up the Constitution, and everything that can be considered and called civilized. Brazil has become hostage to men and women who decided to illegally intervene in the democratic and jurisdictional system and, in effect, violated the presidential elections, favoring one side, the side of the ultra-neoliberal far-right, first led by the coup-plotting usurper Michel Temer and then by the ineligible and defendant Jair Bolsonaro, a fascist without the slightest skill or competence to govern. A resounding failure. Ridiculously called Bozo, he tried to perpetuate himself in power through a coup d'état on January 8, 2023, with the support of the military in his circle of power.
Bolsonaro will soon sit in the dock to answer to the Supreme Court for the serious crimes he has committed. Meanwhile, Temer happily sings about having gotten away with it so far and still plays the "serious and wise jurist and advisor," a true mockery or derision against Brazil. The truth is that Temer, this mediocre individual, is nothing more than a bon vivant who has gone down in history as a coup plotter. This is his grim reward. Bolsonaro, on the other hand, is the mastermind behind a coup d'état through the barbaric invasion and vandalism of the Three Powers headquarters in 2023, just as he effectively supported the coup in 2016 against the constitutional president Dilma Rousseff, who was unbelievably deposed, in addition to cruelly praising the infamous torturer Colonel Ustra in the Chamber's plenary session on the day Dilma was the victim of a diabolical conspiracy in the form of impeachment. This is Bozo's character, or lack thereof.
And what about Lava Jato? The scum that wallowed in misdeeds and serial crimes is part of this entire filthy and fetid unconstitutional process. Dallagnol, like Moro and his cronies, cooperated extensively in overthrowing Dilma Rousseff and preventing Lula-3 from running in the 2018 elections by unjustly and illegally imprisoning him in 2018. More than that: Lava Jato played a decisive role with the Supreme Court in preventing Lula-3 from assuming the position of Chief of Staff, thus resuming dialogue with Congress and, through his political actions, attempting to prevent the impending coup against Dilma Rousseff. Furthermore, the Lava Jato criminals leaked to the mainstream press, once again a partner and protagonist in the coup, the dialogues between President Dilma and former President Lula-3, which in any other country would certainly have resulted in these criminals being dismissed from their public positions, as was the case with Sérgio Moro and his accomplices in the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office and the Federal Police, without generalizing.
Scandalously, Deltan Dallagnol took advantage of his position as chief prosecutor of Operation Lava Jato, which later proved to be utter scum. The then-prosecutor exploited Brazil's judicial situation in terms of political activism, effectively operating within the right wing and benefiting from the media support of the powerful bourgeois press and private businesses, especially Globo, which coddled the Lava Jato crooks before an unsuspecting, imprudent, alienated, and resentful population, but one that was completely lucid about the side it had chosen: the right wing, the representative of the interests of the rich, the one that wants to keep things exactly as they are and always have been in this country.
These are millions of conservative voters who for years voted for the PSDB and its allied right-wing parties, but who were frustrated and harbored resentment because of four consecutive electoral defeats to the Workers' Party, which, as a social democrat, created numerous programs and projects for social and economic inclusion, in addition to safeguarding Brazil's sovereignty and geopolitical, industrial, and commercial interests.
However, more than anything I have stated so far, sectors of the Brazilian population still had other reasons for so much hatred: the social ascension of the poorest, which occurred during the Workers' Party (PT) governments, even if moderate. The improvement in the lives of the poor, those who have occupied for centuries the jobs considered inferior, second and third category, those who study in schools with low curricular and pedagogical standards, in short, the people who toil in the "lowest" jobs on the scale of labor valuation, which is also based on racial, gender and social class prejudices.
The hatred of the poor by the middle class, voters of the right and replicators of the values of the rich, was truly an explosion of revolt in the form of countless prejudices expressed without the slightest shame and inhumanely, which led to the taking to the streets until the coup against Dilma Rousseff took place. And so it was done.
This is undoubtedly, my comrade, the fierce class struggle, evidenced by the slave-owning "elites" of this country with the support of the ordinary reactionary and activist middle class of regression and coup-mongering since 1964, from which, literally, come people like Deltan Dallagnol and his cronies, including those who have entrenched themselves in the newsrooms of the private business press and in the fetid and rancid underground of the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office of the same city, which celebrated the banditry of these Pharisees, who will certainly answer for their crimes, regardless of how long it takes, because they will have to give explanations for their follies in the courts of Brazilian Justice and, consequently, to society.
Dallagnol is completely compromised and embedded in the interests of the Brazilian upper bourgeoisie, with their slave-owning mentality and values, as well as aligned with the economic and geopolitical interests of the American state and its companies, which have practiced "big stick diplomacy" for centuries. Deltan, through the infamous Lava Jato operation, transformed his position of power and command in the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office into a spearhead to relentlessly combat the left, cleverly avoiding joining a party, taking advantage, as I said before, of his public office. Criminally.
Deltan exuded, and still exudes, class and ideological hatred through his pores and gaze, carrying out and demonstrating one of the cruelest and most ferocious persecutions against a politician of global stature like Lula-3, even though he never, as has been proven and demonstrated, committed any wrongdoing. The fugitive ex-prosecutor displayed all his cowardice throughout the long process of persecution and moral and political lynching against Lula-3, and his frivolous and mendacious PowerPoint presentation was the culmination of his political and judicial persecution, based on slander, libel, and defamation, but without evidence, as he himself stated at the end of his pathetic and cowardly presentation in front of television cameras.
Dallagnol never, at any time, participated as chief prosecutor in the hearings and depositions of Lula-3 in the snake pit of the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba, nor was he present in any court when Lula-3 testified. This individual's cunning and sordid behavior is unacceptable. Furthermore, when the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office tried to punish him for committing numerous irregularities as a prosecutor, he jumped ship and escaped punishment by permanently leaving the prosecutors' association after years of engaging in all sorts of illegal activities as one of the leaders of the disastrous Lava Jato operation, a veritable snake pit that severely harmed Brazil in all branches, sectors, and segments of Brazilian life.
However, today it is increasingly clear that the fugitive former prosecutor and ousted congressman was serving the interests of the United States and its control, espionage, and sabotage agencies. That the entire operation had a very precise link to the US Department of Justice and, even more so, was subordinate to the economic interests of the United States. That is why Petrobras was involved, that is why the Brazilian construction companies were involved. A game for Brazil to lose, evidently.
The Torquemada of Paraná, who illegally transformed his public office into political and ideological activism, operating within the far-right and even including religion in this explosive recipe, received almost unanimous support from a population living in a largely conservative and reactionary state like Paraná. He found refuge for his absurdities, persecutions, and crimes in a territory hostile to everything progressive, developmentalist, and that embraces causes that fall outside the law, outside what is legal and morally acceptable.
The truth is that Dallagnol, I emphasize, has shown himself to be a man full of class hatred, reactionary ideology, and a politically militant member of the far-right, demonstrating that he does not regret what he did to Lula-3 and many other people. Furthermore, it is observed that he has never regretted or will ever offer a mea culpa for his crimes, according to the Brazilian justice system, where serious cases are being processed against the former prosecutor, who, incidentally, mixes politics with religion, which is an atrocious imprudence.
Extremely egocentric, petulant, undisciplined, and arrogant, Dallagnol is a petty dictator who, at the head of the criminal Lava Jato operation, caused an unprecedented political and institutional crisis in Brazil, using his public office to oppress and persecute his political and ideological adversaries, even though he is not a politician, but merely a public servant who passed a competitive exam, much to Brazil's misfortune.
He and his main accomplice in coup plots and unlimited schemes, who goes by the name of Sérgio Moro, led other men and women from the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judiciary, forming a dangerous gang of wrongdoers. A gang that today is out there discreetly preserving themselves in any corner so that people forget their acts worthy of gang members, according to the accusations and denunciations circulating in the internal affairs offices and courts where they are cited for their misdeeds.
However, Dallagnol received the terrible news, yet another in his tortuous life, that he will have to pay R$ 135,4 in damages for committing moral harm against President Lula-3. The sentence was determined by the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJ-SP) due to the PowerPoint Case, a real demonstration of Dallagnol's recklessness, irresponsibility, inconsequentiality, and perversity. This crime against another's honor always had a political-partisan interest, mainly because Lula-3 was at the time a strong candidate for President of the Republic, and accusing him of having committed illegal actions and acts through a criminal, reckless, and mendacious PowerPoint presentation, broadcast live on television and other media, became the beginning of the paving of the future illegal and unjust imprisonment of the left-wing politician.
Always acting like a brat without limits in order to illegally interfere in the Brazilian political and electoral system, Dallagnol and his accomplice in crimes, Sérgio Moro, as well as many other prosecutors and judges, continued their absurd journey, focusing their deleterious actions on the underworld of Lava Jato, which demoralized and shamed the Brazilian Justice system, which then had to scramble to repair the serious damage, because institutionally it was at the mercy of the blatantly illegal purposes of a veritable mafia, which even tried to appropriate R$ 2,5 billion, according to a report by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which states that Senator Sergio Moro (União-PR), former deputy Deltan Dallagnol and the suspended judge, Gabriela Hardt, mobilized to divert R$ 2,5 billion from the Brazilian state (read: Petrobras), with the purpose of creating a foundation to primarily serve private interests. The report also suggested that the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba, which was headed by Sérgio Moro, undergo a disciplinary process, which was subsequently carried out. Is that all you want, paleface?
The traitors of Brazil claimed that Operation Lava Jato was the largest anti-corruption operation in the world. The truth is that Lava Jato was made up of a bunch of crooks who sold themselves to the United States through their agents, who implemented the US strategy to weaken Brazil's geopolitical and diplomatic autonomy on the world stage, as well as to prevent and, in effect, destroy the growth of Brazilian companies that jeopardized the interests of American companies in some countries and in Brazil.
Criminally, and often without informing the top officials of the Attorney General's Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Justice, which report to the Presidency of the Republic, the highly dangerous criminals of Lava Jato embarked on illegality and betrayed the country that trained them and placed them in positions of power and authority.
Irresponsibly and filled with ideological and political hatred, individuals of the ilk of Sérgio Moro, Deltan Dallagnol, Januário Paludo, Carlos Fernando dos Santos Lima, Roberson Henrique Pozzobon, among others, began to have relationships with the State Department, the Department of Justice, and the FBI—federal agencies of the United States—without submitting to the Brazilian government, the Judiciary, and even the Attorney General's Office the conversations that these public servants were having with US authorities. It's as if Lava Jato were an independent and autonomous enclave within the Brazilian State. But it wasn't, isn't, and never was.
The reality is that these irresponsible and reckless public servants joined forces with American interests to fight against the governments and leadership of the PT (Workers' Party) and the left in general, as well as working in favor of the interests of the US government and companies. As a result, powerful sectors and segments of the Brazilian economy were literally destroyed, and millions of workers were left unemployed, severely impacting the domestic market (commerce, industry, health, education, public service, transportation, finance, tourism, and information technology).
In short, the gang of traitors from Lava Jato, who should have been imprisoned a long time ago, for at least 40 years, destroyed the main sectors of the Brazilian economy, such as civil construction, shipbuilding, the oil industry, and sectors related to the production and sale of oil and gas. This is simply the industrial and commercial foundation that sustains any country, even more so a country the size and importance of Brazil, which needs to control and dominate the energy sector—the main reason why the US engages in military and commercial wars, as well as invades countries, for two centuries.
However, the destruction of these significant and strategic sectors caused severe chain reactions, like a domino effect, leading to the bankruptcy of hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of small and medium-sized commercial enterprises, factories, real estate companies, and even financial activities across different sectors. And worse: millions of families left destitute and homeless.
In conclusion, it is clear that Deltan Dallagnol continues to vociferously and insolently challenge the authorities and established democratic institutions of this country. His idiotic speech, full of arrogance and presumption, which recalls his lack of conscience and ethics in the past regarding his frankly persecutory and perverse actions against Lula-3, simply leads us to assert only this phrase for this far-right citizen: Dallagnol must be imprisoned a thousand times if he has a thousand lives. That's it.
