Throughout the entire Lava Jato period, during which Sérgio Moro trampled on rights, committed abuses, perpetrated illegalities, improperly interfered with and coordinated the actions of the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office [MPF] and the Federal Police, acted as both prosecutor and judge, corrupted the justice system to remove Lula from the political arena and favor the election of the fascist far-right, he was protected by the immunity of his office, corporate protection, and the media led by Globo.

There have been numerous questions raised regarding these abuses and illegalities that have been blocked by the CNJ (National Council of Justice), the STJ (Superior Court of Justice), or the STF (Supreme Federal Court).

As Minister of Justice, to whose ministry the Federal Police is linked, Sérgio Moro also committed a series of illegal acts.

He was negligent, prevaricated in many situations, threatened to destroy evidence, and stifled investigations for the sake of Bolsonaro's interests and his personal and partisan-Lava Jato power project – here is a brief summary.

There is no need to wait for transitional justice to establish the truth of the facts in order to punish those criminals who perverted and corrupted the justice system and imposed a state of exception in the country.

Moro, as well as the other members of the criminal faction to which he belongs, as Gilmar Mendes calls Lava Jato, are primarily responsible for the economic, political, and social catastrophe in Brazil, and must be immediately tried and punished for the abuses and crimes perpetrated against individuals, against political and social organizations, and against the rule of law.

It is unacceptable that Moro continues to be praised as a hero by Rede Globo and its fanatical and delusional followers.

Moro is not a hero; he is a bandit and the head of a criminal organization that corrupted Brazil's justice system and plunged Brazil into barbarism and the fascist precipice.
