Allan dos Santos sends Alexandre de Moraes a message from all the far-right thugs.

Fugitive Allan dos Santos mocked Minister Alexandre de Moraes again, according to columnist Moisés Mendes.

Fugitive Allan dos Santos once again mocked Minister Alexandre de Moraes by showing, in a video with insulting phrases, an American work visa.

It's the kind of affront that even a common criminal wouldn't dare to make, not even to a first-instance judge. But Allan dos Santos is no common criminal.

When he says "cry, Xandão," he's sending a message on behalf of all the criminals who are still unpunished. As time goes by, they are certain that impunity will be permanent.

Bolsonaro's friends are counting on the criminals' greatest ally: the delay in resolving endless investigations and trials, for a variety of reasons.

How do we calibrate the timing of approaching, surrounding, and convicting criminals involved in cases that are only seemingly complex, like almost all those who were protected by four years of fascist government and the leniency of the justice system?

It's always a bothersome question when people try to find out if Bolsonaro's gang isn't spending too much time defending themselves, mocking others, and thus seeing their crimes forgotten.

Allan dos Santos, under investigation for his alleged involvement in the "hate cabinet" and for making threats against Moraes, has been a fugitive since October 2021, when the minister requested his preventive detention.

The investigation into fake news, digital militias, anti-democratic acts, and everything else that falls under the umbrella of the "hate cabinet," and where Allan dos Santos is involved, was opened in March 2019.

No one has been tried or convicted, and the investigation has turned into a massive inquiry, involving both small-time officials and bigwigs. The outcome of these cases could determine a lot going forward. If it fails, it decides nothing.

Time also favors the 79 individuals mentioned in the Covid CPI report, delivered to the Public Prosecutor's Office in 2021. The CPI requested the indictment of authorities and their aides, friends, henchmen, and accomplices, almost all of whom were part of criminal gangs.

The 13 with special legal privileges (Bolsonaro, his sons, ministers, and members of parliament) were spared when the Attorney General's Office shelved the indictment request made by the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry.

There are 66 left who should be reported to the authorities. Nothing has been done against them so far. Nothing against the civilian and uniformed vampires who were selling vaccines.

There is nothing against those accused of falsifying death certificates at the Prevent Clinic. Nothing regarding those spreading fake news against the vaccine and promoting the use of chloroquine.

There are dozens of Bolsonaro supporters under investigation. There's no way to compare the list of investigated or already indicted far-right members with the catalog of names from the Mensalão scandal and those tortured by preventive detentions in the Lava Jato operation.

The number of extremists with problems with the police, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Supreme Federal Court, and the Superior Electoral Court surpasses all previous cases.

And that's without even mentioning Bolsonaro, his sons, the military, the militiamen, the locals, the patriots, the friendly gold miners who don't wear flip-flops, and those involved in the corporate credit card kickback schemes.

They all rely on time, which is always ready to resolve serious impasses for the powerful.

Allan dos Santos, a fugitive for a year and four months, speaks for them, including those who remain quiet and hidden after their defiant speeches in roadside steakhouses.

Goodbye, Xandão, this is the message from the blogger, who isn't even in the first team. Those who are truly in the first team rely on a combination of time and circumstances to escape.

Many of them possess, based on their backgrounds, what even criminals today call expertise. They are professional lawbreakers who can boast a license to go unpunished.
