Intervention and the discourse of barbarism
It is tragic, pathological, and irrational to use democratic rights to demand their end, to plead for an authoritarian regime, to silence those who oppose one's thinking. It is lamentable, repugnant, and abhorrent to see Brazilians in the 21st century shamefully calling for military intervention.
The current political climate in Brazil starkly exposes the level of hatred and incivility in which we coexist.
The attacks – on the weak democratic rule of law – that we are witnessing offend the memory of those who fought for democracy, insult the elementary concepts of human existence, and outrage the very history of Brazil.
It is tragic, pathological, and irrational to use democratic rights to demand their end, to plead for an authoritarian regime, to silence those who oppose one's thinking.
Democracy is a concept in constant flux and refinement; it is a system of achievements within a civilizing process that seeks a pluralistic society represented in the various spheres of power.
A lack of basic understanding of this concept and its opposition pervert the social concept itself; they corrupt, harmfully, the civilizing process.
These morbidly ill individuals who see dictatorship as the solution to social issues in Brazil demonstrate their complete historical illiteracy, their civic bestiality, as well as their complete inability to coexist in society.
How long could these brutalized creatures endure being on a torture rack?
How many electric shocks could these despicable creatures withstand?
What would be the reaction of these illiterate people to sexual assault?
What slogans would these idiots shout in response to the drownings?
What would become of their unburied corpses?
To whom would they turn in the face of the loss of humanity?
Questions relevant to the ignorant of history.
It is regrettable, it is repugnant, it is an adjective to see Brazilians in the 21st century, in such a shameful way, calling for military intervention.
What honor and dignity do these "citizens" have?
This is the Brazil that presents itself today. A country that reveals its atrocious regression through a falsely moralistic social segment that refuses to accept the loss of privileges.
A deflowering of ignorance, of wickedness, of subservient despots, without the slightest dignity, without the slightest pride, an insecure individual who needs tyrants to rule him.
I pay homage to the great Brazilians who refused to be corrupted by ignorance, cowardice, or petty, mean-spirited sentiments; who fought for democracy, who gave their lives for freedom, who did not bow down before infamous uniforms, and who knew how to honor existence.
Dictatorship never again!!!
Long live Democracy!!!
