247 - Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro cancelled the meeting that was scheduled with President Lula (PT) for this Monday (23) at 16pm.
According to Lula's press office, the cancellation came from the Venezuelan government. The reason, however, was not revealed.
The presidents are in Buenos Aires for the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac) summit, which takes place this Tuesday (24).
